Po dolgem času nazaj...ravno se finišira v prej omenjenih objavah kratki strip, ki ima sedaj tudi naslov. CORVUS DONUM. Ta zmazek je pa produkt pavze med risanjem stripa. Zdaj mislim da bom bolj pogosto objavlal. Jebi ga cajt gre hitr mimo, kaj čem...

Tk...na tem se dela. Zelo počasi. In vmes še ugotoviš da bi mogo 2 strani popravit. Od nule. Zelo neprijeten občutek.

Po selitvi, ki je trajala kar nekaj časa sem končno uspel zagnati skener na kišti. Tole je blo narisano za segrevanje pred dobrim tednom.
On bi pivo, js pa tudi.
Strip o križarjih in krokarjih (trenutno še nima uradnega naslova) počasi napreduje. Bil je seveda mišlen za stripburger toda je rok za oddajo prišel prehitro. Ampak se ne damo. Obsegal bo 7 strani. Zelo kratek strip. Štorija prihaja iznad tipkovnice Marka Renka. Zabavna in krvava. Veliko mrtvih in še več slave.

Some quick sketches and thumbs for a short story my good friend Marko wrote. A 7 page short comic. It's about death and blood and dusty battlefields. And crusaders. And ravens.
Chopped off limbs will be flying and heads will role on the ground. Bloody business.

Mogoče pa preživi. Če pade malo bolj levo.
Perspektiva je jebena stvar, še posebej če jo delaš prvič. Za to zadevo sm definitivno porabo preveč cajta.
Naslednja stvar ki je na urniku je kratka štorija ki bo poslana na stripburger. Če jim bo všeč, bo pa mogoče celo objavlena. Sam najprej jo je treba naredit. Časa je pa...aaamhh...10 dni.

Spodaj nekaj kar pride celo poštrihano v naslednjih dneh. Tale slikica je delček tega.

On drži puščico, ker si jo je potegnil iz prsnega koša. Ta drug ga pa gleda.

After I totally screwed the ink on generals speech my decision was to redo it. So here it is. My second atempt...

Generals Speech - Ink
In the midle of this one i thought....fuck it I quit. But after a few brush strokes I said to myself, well at least I can finish right. So this is the inked version. A little rough but still there are some bright spots to be found. The frame lines are hand drawn. In the end they seem to get along with the whole picture.
Or you could say....I fucked up and it looks rather crappy. But as they say. Practise makes perfect.
Now comes the paint.

Tale zadeva je na mizi. Groba skica s svinčnike. Nekakšen mini predogled zadeve ki bo padla pod tuš. Edino kar mi dela preglavice je tisti možicelj na kamnitem odru.

Nekje na polovici tega stripa, narejenega popolnoma digitalno, sem si premislil in ustavil konje. Takole pa naj bi izgledalo nekaj strani.

This was all made on my laptop. Pure Digital media. I was looking for some kind of a way to represent my stuff. Wacom tablet and some tricks in photoshop. Even if the style isn't the same...the story is still evolving.

Končno sem stintal tole zadevo. Le kdo bo rešil te uboge kmete, ki so se združli v uporu proti agresorju. Mogoče se najde heroj, ki po vsem tem kaosu in skoraj izgubljeni bitki, prinese malo upanja.
Ehh...jebeš vse skup. Tipi rabijo mal drugačno taktiko. Kamikaze varianta? Definitivno manj ortodoksno bojevanje. Kak čudežn meč?!? Ali pa morebiti kraken iz morja?...
Js sam upam da ne bo na koncu vse skup en velik polom in sledilo bo...
Whats On The Table
Naslednja zadeva, ki bo padla pod mojimi zamahi čopiča in bo prepojena z tinto. Ok. Ne ravno tale skica. Tole naj bi bli thumbnails za postavitev strani itd. Skica pred skico.
Kar pa se dere iz mojih slušalk je pa tale zadeva. Nedvomno, vsaj zame, eden izmed najbol epskih prizorov v zgodovini epskega filma. Čeprav ni ravno jasno kako lahko z tako lahkoto Hamish potegne izza hrbta Claymore. Pa dobro, res je da je velik možakar.

Tole je blo ustvarjeno neki cajta nazaj. Inkanje je blo narjeno z Faber-Castell pisali (podobno rotringu), poštrihano digitalno s pomočjo wacoma...Še en upornik, ki ga je dočakala častna smrt. Imperij vedno poskrbi da raja ni preveč revolucionarno razposajena...z idejami o svobodi. Meeeehhh.
Ne glede na časovno obdobje.

Doodled a hunter. Used my ink leftovers. This is what happens. A really dark figuer I guess. This dude is out for some human blood.
It's just for practise. I have a lot of mileage to cover with my inking before I'll figure out how it should look.

So. Usualy I use pens for inking. I tried with brushes and indian ink many times. But I was always disapointed. This time my fellow warior Marko pushed me with a few words of wisdom. I thank him for that. Thank you Marko. So here it is. My "first" inking. Added some grays in there also for good vibes. By the way. I'm hooked and brushes are now my new best friends.
